The training program on Smart Productivity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) offers a comprehensive introduction to the transformative field of Generative AI and the cutting-edge application of GPT. The course delves into the nuances of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Generative AI and introduces the transformer-based architecture of ChatGPT for increased work output in organizations.

Ir. Dr. Saravanan Nathan @ Dr Patrick is a Solution Consultant as well as the HRDC certified and accredited trainer under the Ministry of Human Resources. He regularly conducts trainings for corporate industries as well as for the governmental agencies and GLC’s such as Ministry of National Unity, Social Security Organization (PERKESO), MADANI Programs and others. For the past 20 years, he has been delivering technical consultancy and rendered his service as an adjunct academia in the area of Engineering and Technology in few universities.
He has also written numerous papers which have been published in journals and has attended conferences at both local and international levels. His book on Strategic Information System Planning has been published and being used as course guide by university students. He is also supervising PhD students in the field of technology and engineering and lecturing modules at doctorate level.
He is an active member of the Institute of Engineers Malaysia (IEM) and the Board of Engineers Malaysia (BEM). He has been awarded Professional Engineer status since 2009 under the Electronics division.
He has completed his Ph.D. in the field of Technology Management in Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM), Penang, Malaysia and has been serving as research consultants for special projects under government of Malaysia as well as independent projects. He has completed his degree in law from Universiti Malaya recently and has been active in legal advocacy and research as well.
