*CERTIFIED HR PRACTITIONER

The Diploma in Human Resources Management & Development (DHRMD) is a comprehensive program with the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Asia eUniversity. Designed as a practical program targeted at Human Resource (HR) personnel and Operations employees (Heads of Departments and Managers), this 6 months online program is conducted by experienced speakers Chief HR officers, Chief People Officers, HR specialists, Industrial Relations (IR) lawyers /practitioners and representatives from ILO. This program covers the critical pillars of human resource (HR) operations, strategic aspects of HR management, organizational culture, leadership and crucial elements of industrial relations, occupational safety and international labour conventions.

DIPLOMA HRMD qualification is an industry based formalization of the competency standards for effective application of HRM & Strategic HRMD - issued by MEF Academy with ILO and recognised qualification as Certified HR Practitioner from Asia eUniversity. Successful candidates with requisite working experience, will receive DUAL QUALIFICATION upon satisfactory completion of the course, examination and assignments.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
Minimum SPM/SPVM or MCE or Certificate IR / HRM with 2 years
working experience in human resource or company operations.
