​ENCIK ZULKIFLY BIN ABDUL RAHMAN serves Renesas as Corporate Advisor. Before this, he worked for Unilever, Philip Morris and KUB Holdings.

 

He has a strong manufacturing, people development, business skills and competencies backed by his high integrity, ethical and social awareness and energetic personal profile.

 

He is a matured professional and manager by his exposure in the areas of competitive manufacturing, corporate governance and human capital development, both at local and corporate headquarters level.

 

His contributions to the drafting of national policies & practices, are evident in his active participations as executive members of Talent Corp Malaysia E&E Sector Work Group Committee, Selangor and Negeri Sembilan Skill Centers and Malaysian Institute of Human Resources Management, Graduate Employability Committee Malaysian Polytechnics Department. He has also served as industry representative in the Negeri Sembilan Industrial Liaison committee.

 

He currently serves as Council Member of the MEF and actively represented the Federation in local and regional conferences, workshops and meetings.
