Encik Mohd Asaraf is a highly qualified and experienced professional with a degree in Law and a Master's degree in Criminal Justice. Prior to MEF, he has worked with various organizations, ranging from multinational corporations, public listed company to small and medium enterprises (SME). His experience has allowed him to work with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, particularly from the Asia Pacific region.

 

Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in drafting group policies and implementing employee relation programs. As HR manager, he was entrusted to overseeing critical functions such as payroll, recruitment, and foreign worker management. Additionally, he has been a key participant in the decision-making process, providing strategic input and recommendations to the senior management team.

 

His strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues have been critical to his success in various roles. He is a quick learner, adaptable, and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
