Front Office Assistant/ Receptionist
 
The Front Office Assistant/ Receptionist will be responsible for ensuring our clients and visitors are greeted with a warm welcome and receive the best service possible, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
 
Responsibilities  
  • Greet clients and visitors and provide a welcoming and professional first impression
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
  • Takes down and relay messages promptly and accurately
  • Maintains a record of client, customer, and visitor appointments
  • Ascertains clients, customers and visitors’ needs and directs them to the right internal parties
  • Receive and sort mail and packages and distribute to the appropriate departments or team members
  • Manage and maintain reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times
  • Executes any other duties assigned by the Executive Director or Senior General Manager – Advisory
 
Requirements  
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM/ STPM/ "O" Level/ Diploma, any field
  • Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Polite, pleasant personality and possess good telephone etiquette and in-person communication skills
 
Experience

At least 1- 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field
