MEF Analysis of Collective Agreements & Awards on Terms and Conditions of Employment 2014

The 10th edition of MEF Analysis of Collective Agreements & Awards on Terms and Conditions of Employment 2014 serves as valuable reference or guide for those involved collective bargainings. The analysis was based on 260 collective agreements concluded in 2014 and 33 Industrial Court Awards on terms and conditions of employment handed down in 2014.

Among the findings of the Analysis were:
  • An average across the board salary adjustment of 6.2 per cent was granted in 2014 compared to 6.4 per cent in 2013.
  • The average contractual bonus granted was 1.60 months.
  • Out of 6 awards that were decided by court in 2014, 3 awards provided across the board salary adjustment with an average of 8.3%.
