​Some of the highlights of the Analysis were:

  • the average across the board salary adjustment granted in 2015 was 6.2%
  • the average contractual bonus granted in 2015 was at 1.72 months
  • 5 of out of 9 awards decided by Industrial Court in 2015 provided an average across the board salary adjustment of 6.1%
