The 9th edition report was based on 292 collective agreements and 12 Industrial Court awards on terms and conditions of employment handed down in 2013. The analysis showed that an average of 6.6 per cent across-the-board salary adjustment was granted in 2013. 38.7 per cent of collective agreements granted contractual bonus, 53.4 per cent granted discretionary bonus, while 7.9 per cent granted both contractual and discretionary bonus. In 2013, the average contractual bonus granted was 1.7 months. 8 out of 12 Industrial Court Awards were consent awards while 4 Awards were decided by the Industrial Court. The average percentage of across-the-board salary adjustment decided by the Industrial Court was 6.5 per cent.
