Daniel Goleman, reknowned author of Emotional Intelligence and Leadership: The Power of Emotional Intelligence (EQ), sets out the scientific discovery that the leader-follower dynamic involves powerful emotional and social circuits that prompt brain functions to react consciously & unconsciously to each other.
