The objective of this training is to equip participants with the knowledge and skills to effectively manage their own emotions and understand the emotions of others in the workplace. Through a comprehensive exploration of the five components of Emotional Intelligence (self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills), participants will learn to enhance their decision-making, improve workplace relationships, handle stress, and foster a positive, collaborative work environment.
