Managing Miscounduct, Absenteeism and Performance at the workplace
 
Objectives
​The two day program will discuss relating to:
  • Procedures and manner to deal with Misconduct on ‘non-criminal’ and ‘criminal’ issues, and relevant case laws relating to the subject.
  • Leave and absenteeism, measures that can be implemented to reduce absenteeism arising from sick leave, alcoholism and drug addiction etc. The program will lay emphasis on the role of line managers and other staff in absent control measures including disciplinary steps.
  • Non-performance of employees during probation, confirmed employee and employee holding senior positions. The program will high- light the pit falls to be avoided in assessing performance and the steps to be taken before termination on grounds of non-performance.
