Trainer
Muhammad Hafiz Bin Awang Satiah, MEF Consultant - Industrial Relation
Hafiz obtained his Bachelor of Law (Honours) (L.LB) from Universiti Teknologi MARA in 2021. After graduated from law school, Hafiz started his pupillage at criminal litigation firm in Johor Bahru under the supervision of Encik Mohd Daud Bin Ismail of Messrs. Daud & Co. Upon successful completion of his pupillage, he was called to the Bar as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court in Malaya on 6 October 2022.
Then, Hafiz decided to fly to Kota Kinabalu right after his called to the Bar in West Malaysia and pursue his second pupillage under Dato' Sri K. Rakhbir Singh of Messrs. Rakhbir Singh & Co. Within his short stints, Hafiz had privileged to assist his Master in a variety of criminal cases, civil cases, syariah matters and be a part of the winning team for a few landmark cases in Sabah. Subsequently, he was admitted to the Sabah Bar as Advocate and Solicitor of High Court in Sabah and Sarawak in the states of Sabah on 9 May 2024.
After completing his pupillage in Sabah, he served as an Industrial Relations Executive in two multinational companies at Banting and Kuala Lumpur. And currently, he is enjoying his life here as an Industrial Relations Consultant in MEF.
