Pn Zaharah Ibrahim started her career as a Lecturer at the School of Business and Management, ITM. She was a lecturer from 1988 – 1995.
She left the academia to join the world’s No1 Food Company, Nestle, where she served from 1996 – 2008 in the Supply Chain Division. Her Experience included exposure to Warehouse Operations and managing the Distribution services to Nestle’s traditional customers in Peninsular Malaysia.
Key Highlights: of her 14-year stint with Nestle includes: 1. Developing an online Product Registration Form for use across the various stakeholders – Marketing, Finance, IT and Supply Chain for timely launch of new products
2. Act as the contact person for product registration in Nestle’s Inter-Market

3. Selected to be part of Nestle’s global re-engineering project in 2001- 2002 based in Vevey, Switzerland in the Data Management team responsible for introducing Data Standards for use across all Nestle Markets
4. Conducted a pilot for business re-engineering exercise involving the (then) KL Sales Branch
After 14 years with Nestle, Pn Zaharah joined Ar-Raudah Sdn Bhd as its Operations Manager. Her main responsibility was coordinating the movement of livestock from Australia to farmers in Peninsular Malaysia while looking for business opportunities for the SME company.
Pn Zaharah is currently an Executive Director at Gapima Sdn Bhd. Human Resources has been under her portfolio for the last 12 years
