Dear members,
MEF and the ILO, through the SAFE and FAIR Programme, have collaborated substantially to produce three (3) knowledge tools that come together with related educational videos. The goal is to empower private sector employers to effectively tackle workplace challenges, especially those affecting women migrant workers, while aligning with evolving employment laws. The (3) knowledge tools related videos include:
· Advanced Investigation Guidelines on Violence, Harassment and Sexual Harassment in the world of work
· Eliminating Discrimination in the World of Work
· Flexible Work Arrangements Towards Better Work-Life Practices
MEF hopes with these education videos, our members and other private sectors are well informed and well prepared in embracing challenges faced at their current workplace, while joining hand with MEF to transform Malaysia’s world of work into a space with zero tolerance for discrimination, violence and harassment, including sexual harassment for both employees and employers, as well as creating a workplace that encourages better work-life balance.
