ASEAN Confederation of Employers (ACE)
The ASEAN Confederation of Employers (ACE) was established and represented by Employers' Organisations in ASEAN, to optimise liaison, co-operation and representation in the fields of labour and social legislation, industrial relations and practices. The members of ACE are Employers' Association of Indonesia (APINDO), Cambodian Federation of Employers & Business Associations (CAMFEBA), Employers Confederation of The Philippines (ECOP), Employers Confederation of Thailand (ECOT), Malaysian Employers Federation (MEF) and the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF).

Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE)
The roles of Confederation of Asia-Pacific Employers (CAPE) areo formulate socio-economic policies for stability and growth, recognising the challenges and opportunities of globalisation, and realising the imperative need for cooperation, cohesion and interaction in a borderless economy. Currently, Y.Bhg. Tan Sri Azman Shah Dato’ Seri Haron is the Chairman of CAPE while MEF is the Secretariat.

International Level

International Organisation of Employers (IOE)
MEF is a Member of the IOE, the recognised spokesman of world private sector employers on all labour and social matters. At the annual International Labour Conference (ILC) in Geneva, MEF is the Employers' Delegate in the Malaysian delegation comprising representatives of government, employers and workers since June 2010.
