The MEF Salary Survey for Executives and Non Executives 2016 was the twenty-second in the series of salary survey reports for executives and non executives since 1995. The survey was carried out in mid-June 2016. The Reports provided a comprehensive coverage of 167 benchmark positions covering 12,162 executives’ salaries and 114 benchmark positions covering 35,831 non executives’ salaries. Among the findings of the survey were:
the average salary increase for executives in 2016 was lower at 5.55% compared to 5.97% in 2015
the average salary increase for non executives in 2016 was higher at 5.51% compared to 5.44% in 2015
the overall average forecasted salary increase for executives in 2017 was 5.3% while the average forecasted salary increase for non executives in 2017 was at 5.43%.
