MEF Salary Survey Report
The MEF Salary Survey Report has been published annually as a guide on the employees’ salary packages. The report analyses the salarypackages of participating companies by Industry, Employment Size, Location, Years of Working Experience, Capital Ownership, Sales Turnover, Unionised /Non-Unionised Organisations and Local/Multinational Companies.
These Salary Reports have been made available to members and non-members of MEF covering both executive and non-executive employees.
Introduction of another value-added option : The Premium Package
Your company is only eligible to subscribe for the Premium Package provided that it is a participant of MEF Salary Survey or a purchaser of the MEF Salary Survey Report - i.e. Standard Package.
What is Premium Package ?
This is a new and special package.
In addition to MEF Salary Survey Report, the Premium Package consists of Supplementary Report and/or Benchmarking Report. The data to generate these reports are extracted from MEF Salary Survey.
When is the Premium Package available ?
The Premium Package will be available after the official launching of MEF Salary Survey Report (expected to be by 2nd week of December 2013).
How are the Supplementary and Benchmarking Reports distributed?
Supplementary for participants and purchasers
After report is published it is available via web-based / on-line service. Security password is provided.
Benchmarking Report (MEF Participating Members)
Available via web-based / on-line with High Security Features. The list of benchmarking companies are selected by participating companies.
